Q: What will I earn?
A: You will start at 60% of total commission earned whilst in training, once training is complete you will then rise to 70%.
Through tiered targets you can earn incentive payments and increase the commission you earn (up to 85%) on each booking.
Q: What hours do I have to work?
A: You can choose the hours you work, therefore offering flexibility. Our most successful homeworkers are full time.
A consideration would be your target market and the hours that would most benefit your clients and you.
Q: What experience do I need to have?
A: We usually look for around 2 years of travel industry experience.
That said, if you’rewell-travelled and can demonstrate strong transferable skills, we’d be happy to consider you.
We’re not looking for people to recruit on our behalf or act as “team builders,” and we don’t offer roles solely for booking personal travel at a discount.
Our focus is on supporting passionate travel professionals who want to build a meaningful career.
Q: What training do I receive? And is this training ongoing?
A: You will be provided with a hybrid training module that is both online based and online calls.
We don’t pressure anyone and we ensure you are confident to get started.
We also like to invite our suppliers to work with our agent community and deliver bespoke training calls, ensuring we are kept upto date with the latest changes across our industry.
