Q: How much does it cost to join?
No joining fees, no hidden costs – just £29/month for full access to training, suppliers, marketing support, and everything you need to grow your travel business with confidence.
Q: What support is included?
You’ll receive personalised onboarding, full training and mentoring, ongoing webinars, marketing materials, social media guidance, free booking administration, back-office tools, and access to a dedicated support network, giving you everything you need to confidently grow your travel business.
Q: How soon can I start selling?
You can start selling as soon as your onboarding is complete and you’re set up in our systems. With training and support from day one, many agents begin promoting and taking bookings within weeks.
Q: What hours do I have to work?
You can choose the hours you work, therefore offering flexibility. Our most successful homeworkers are full time. A consideration would be your target market and the hours that would most benefit your clients and you.
Q: Do I need previous industry experience?
We usually look for around 2 years of travel industry experience. That said, if you’re
well-travelled and can demonstrate strong transferable skills, we’d be happy to consider
you. We’re not looking for people to recruit on our behalf or act as “team builders,”
and we don’t offer roles solely for booking personal travel at a discount. Our focus is on
supporting passionate travel professionals who want to build a meaningful career.
Q:What is the commission structure?
You will start at 60% of total commission earned while in training. Once training is complete, your commission will rise to 70%. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to earn incentive payments and increase your commission (up to 85%) on each booking.
Q: How do payments and commissions work?
You earn commission on each booking based on your current commission rate. Payments are made directly to you once your customer has completed their travel, ensuring transparent and timely payments payments delivered directly to you.
Q: Are there sales targets I need to meet?
No, there are no set targets. You’re in charge of how fast you grow your business. The more you sell, the more you’ll earn, with opportunities to unlock better commissions and additional rewards as you progress.
